Well I was banned, I flew home to visit family on a newly purchased steam deck, I requested actual evidence from your CS team on this and have already reached out to steam to send my device to them to perform a full sweep/ setup a connection for them to remote into my systems. Your CS team sent a boilerplate non personalized response showing they didn't even check this. If this can't be resolved I plan on taking this to small claims as I know I didn't cheat. From December 21st to Jan 4th I was with family using the Steam Deck with no access to my desktop even. Why the hell would I cheat when I've put over 1000 hrs into the title and over $800, I pay for my leg up through your premium vehicles as a "whale" and this is how I'm treated? Not even looking into my case? I've already filed a report with my states CPB and the national CPB on this as this is way too much money and time put into a game just to get banned over some glitch in your end. Once steam procures logs from my devices I'll send that over aswell as further proof. If there's other proof or you want to remote into my devices go right ahead and shoot me a message to set this up.
I really don't know what else I can even provide? If you track played with/ squads you can see I almost exclusively play in a group with the same people. short of them providing character statements I don't really know what else you want from me.
If this proof isn't enough for you I'll see Gaijin Entertainment in small claims
I've already been stonewalled by their support team with a boilerplate non personalized copy paste response.I have an easily provable case to win back the cost + expenses. They already provided proof of their reasoning so I just have to prove that I didn't cheat instead of their "at discretion" reasoning. It's not my ideal route, I'd rather them actually take a look into this and rectify this issue without taking this to the legal side but I'm fully prepared to if necessary.
