i was just wondering how would i aim better in this mode
like if i am on the right side or left side how could i improve as we all know when you enable this the round is off center

It’s a bit of trial and error

Here is a bomber gunner training video. I found it informative.

sorry i was talking about the ground tanks no planes or bombers should of said that really my bad
does anyone know a custome sight i can use that will help?
There’s an option “from gunner view” for aircraft so I’d thought you meant planes,

Without a radar I usually wing it by firing in 3rd person unless they are diving directly or close to me.
Are you talking about just looking through the gun sight? Kinda confusing how you're wording this exactly what you're after. I too initially thought you meant for bombers.
okay
i am on about clicking the camera from gunner view option in the settings for ground battles only no planes

i suggest you edit your comment and mention its for ground sim
What you are referring to is an actual real life thing known as sight parallax (the optic the gunner uses to target is not inside the cannon barrel) which reflects the offset nature of how optics are mounted (left, right of barrel, or even roof like the Abrams) Your sight when set to a distance puts the round on target AT the distance you set. If for example the gunners optic is mounted to the right of the barrel and your optic is set for a further distance then what you are shooting at, the round will land to the right of where you aim, or left if the target is further then where you have the sight distance set.
The ability to toggle this on or off is only possible in RB and AB. For sim its always on (as it is in real life).

Cheers.

each vic is going to be different , so my advice and what I do if it's a new vic to me or I've not played in awhile is to hop into test drive and do some range shooting to get the feel for it ... Outside of that it is really just a matter of getting used to the natural offset and at what range the round intersects with the center line x and y ... good hunting

This isn't an issue IRL.
A competent crew will make sure to bore-sight the gun from time to time by making sure the line of sight through sight and gun coincide at some point as far away as possible and then just aim at where you want to hit. If done right the difference between the two lines of sight is insignificant - if not its not really predicateble and you will likely miss beyond polint blank range.
When I was an anti-tank smurph lugging the Carl Gustav RR around this process was par of preparing the gun for combat and had to be repeated at least every 24h.

The only situation I see an issue in game is when using separately mounted secondary weapons (eg. Lee/Grant tanks etc.)
