why hetzer at 4.3 and jagdpanzer 4 at 4.7?

even usa 76mm cannot pen hetzer, its has same gun and same pen value, yet the only ally tank that can pen it is challenger with its sabot.......

why........ at 3.3 anything just suffers, except 152mm of stalin hands

Lot of things can pen Hetzer, you need to aim directly below the joint in front armor plates, just a little way below, if you aim lower it wont go through.

American 76mm M62 shell, Russian 85mm APHEBC, most of the German long guns with PzGr 39. British 17-pdr APCBC.

Almost anything with 150mm+ of pen that can look down at it rather than straight at it, I think there is a tank with 220mm of pen too but I can't find it so maybe it went up in BR or I'm thinking of a tank that was already in a higher br... anyways, if you have a high pen tank like say the firefly, you can look down at the front plate and reduce the effective angle, in addition you can get rounds in through the lower front with some tanks at 150mm+ but its kind of difficult and you need to be pretty close for it to matter as you often need to shoot there and then drive to the side of it and fire again. If your too far away it won't matter if you got a pen because it'll take too long to get to the side of them. Also big 15cm super HE guns can give the crew inside a collective heart attack and the tank will die too if you hit the top or under the tank it works a little more reliably but I've seen one die to a sherman 105 HE shell in the middle of their front plate so it possible a 15cm could too if your lucky.

Also it`s pretty vulnerable to artillery and air attacks because armor itself is very thin unless you are shooting at the heavily angled front plates.

Don't really try to Challenge a Frontal Hertzer when it's not exposing LFP or has Elevation Advantage UFP. Flank the Tank, it's weakness is rotating the entire hull for its turret. Take out the gun barrel/track. Shoot side frontal edge provided the Hertzer is an idiot with Full Ammo Capacity. Arty the sucker or of you even can, drop a HE/HEAT arc down on top of the Hull.

This is coming from a German Main.
As for the Jagdpanzer same thing though I forgot which Model was the one that has such a Camo that blends with the ground+bushes. That one you need to beware and keep proper eyes open. Seen some people blindly drive by this tank thinking it was the ground lol.

You're able to pen the Hetzer with a Sherman 75mm cannon. You just have to learn the weakspots and it will no longer be a threat.

the 75mm sherman can kill the transmission of the hetzer by shooting the LFP, then you just drive around it.

76mm can kill the hezter, as can the 17 pounder, you just need to hit the mg gun with he to overpressure, or shoot the lower glacis. With a 17 pounder it tends to knock out the gun and a few crew, with apcbc 76mm it tends to kill the hetzer.

I forgot to mention and seems people tend to forget, shooting the LFP isn't always going to kill the tank because the Transmission tend to mess with people.

The hetzer has very little armour. It is just angled very well in the front. HE overpressure can take it out reliably and so can the 76mm. Theres a few others but Im not sure at the moment which ones they are. The Hetzer's side armour is notoriously thin though so don't think they're invincible because they definitely arent.
