Some vehicles having the combat viable weaponry locked behind the grind is 100% intentional
Top tier is a good example of this, modern vehicles on maps and game modes that are over a literal decade old, and designed for WWII because they simply refuse to improve on the gameplay aspect and base 99% of the new content on simply adding new vehicles, and people wonders why high/top tiers don't really work
War Thunder is the exception because it's targeted at a WAY wider audience
gotta slam head against the wall for dozens of matches to unlock chaff on top tiers, and moreon forever to spade the thing
