Youtube lagging while playing

Does anybody know how to Stop Youtube Videos from stuttering while being in a round ?

This is a necro but somehow it's really relevant to an issue I'm having as well, although I think the issue isn't in WT but in YT specifically as it lags like hell even without WT launched. Likely just YT's campaign against Adblock users.

I noticed this too in both brave and chrome. Need to test in FF.

Don't listen to these scrubs. It's likely windows Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling. Disable it, and it may fix your issues.
Open Settings - Search "Graphics Settings" - turn off Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling. It can cause this issue, in various games.

If your using chrome, also turn off Hardware Acceleration in chrome too, or switch to a different browser.

If your still having issues after turning these off, then ya maybe it's ur CPU being too taxed.

i've also had problems steaming Youtube for months. Running a fancier version of the tracert tool; my route between myself and youtube: the 3rd, 4th, and 5th hops have high latency today; my 3rd hop has intermittent PL up to ~ 30%; my 7th and 8th hops show a constant 30-90% PL.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ why was this so hard to find, had this issue since updating to win11 and turns out it turned on HAGS. This fixed it, but I had to come to a war thunder steam thread to find a solution lmao. All the microsoft site threads just say "update drivers" and sometimes "turn off browser hardware accel". Thank you.
