How do I buy gold eagles from the steam?

I've tried so many things but nothing helps.

open the game click on the GE on the top of screen and the game will give you the option to buy GE from there, but its not recomended since Steam GE is 30% expensiver than buying straight from gaijin site

If you are buying large amounts of GE you are better off buying straight from Gaijin as you'll get more for less

My problem is that they don’t let me buy GE in the game, they offer me to buy them from the site, but in the end, even on the site there is no way to buy, I get an error when paying.

Are you opening the site from steam browser? if yes that might be your problem, try it straight from your regular browser

Also make sure your payment method is valid for the region you live in otherwise you might have to use a VPN
for example your steam profile shows the JP flag if you live there you wont be able to buy from gaijin store because the asian store is managed by dmm
