Both are long rod penetrators, it's just varients of the above acronym
Usually I see APDS-FS and I think that is the more proper way, but admittedly “Armor Piercing Fin Stablized Discarding Sabot” makes more sense as a sentence than “Armor Piercing Discarding Sabot Fin Stablized”, which sounds like the words are out of order.
can't penetrate anywhere near as much, doesn't fly as fast, has worse slope modifiers, does a bit more post pen damage but you need to pen to do post pen damage
