The difference between APDS-FS and APFS-DS
As the Wise Title says, What is the difference between APDS-FS and APFS-DS

Nothing, they're both APFSDS

Both are long rod penetrators, it's just varients of the above acronym

APDS means Armor Piercing Discarding Sabot, and the FS means Fin Stablized.
Usually I see APDS-FS and I think that is the more proper way, but admittedly “Armor Piercing Fin Stablized Discarding Sabot” makes more sense as a sentence than “Armor Piercing Discarding Sabot Fin Stablized”, which sounds like the words are out of order.

can't penetrate anywhere near as much, doesn't fly as fast, has worse slope modifiers, does a bit more post pen damage but you need to pen to do post pen damage

It depends on the era, WW2 and early Cold War it does, but after the introduction of composite armor it is almost useless
