Rajang Kinship Skill

The skill description says it deals damage to all enemies but you can only select 1 target when using the kinship attack in battle. It's really confusing, is the description wrong? Is it really just single target kinship skill? If it's really just a single target skill, I should've just stick to Ivory Lagiacrus as my thunder element monstie.
