Game stuck in title screen

Hello,

I just bought the game and was trying to run it but the game is stuck in title screen for some reason. It writes 'Bad Bots' on the screen and then that's it, it won't go past that.
I tried it with Radeon 6630M, and Intel HD 3000 and it didn't work with any of those two cards.

Any ideas,

Can you submit a DxDiag file to [e-mail] so we can assist you with your problem?

1. click on "START"
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice

Hello Prads,

We have not encountered this issue before. My best guess is the gamepad controller. Lets try these - update the DirectX runtime

I am not using any gamepad controller.

I tried updating the DX but the installer says that I have newer version of DirectX installed and there is no need to installed that version.

Hey to all who stuck with runing game :)
1. Right click on properties of game
2. Click on tab with local files
3. open local files for the game
4. right click on batbox.exe and chose properties
5. click on tab with compability
6. thick square named : Disable display scaling on high DPI settings
7. PLAY GAME ENJOY !
