-Rocket Raccon (Guardians of the Galaxy)

Card dealers: Lutence Twins (Bioshock Infinite)

or maybe..:

-Tiny Tina (Bor. 2)
-Any character from Batman
-Brian (Family Guy)

Sonic or Shadow (sonic the hedgehog series)
Trever (GTA5)
Goku or Vegeta (Dragonball Z)

the dealer stays as GLADOS

the bounty items in order of the list:
Clemitine's Hat
the 7 Chaos Emeralds (has to collect all 7 individually)
Trever's teddy bear
the 7 dragonballs (collect all 7 individually

well Shadow has sweared in his game, and vegeta has sweared and flipped others off

Since there;s allready another one of these, if you want to start a new one I suggest some rules for suggestion posters such as:
#1, at least one suggestion must be froma Telltale game (since this has been in both of 1st 2)
#2, if suggested character is outside of pc gaming there must be prior liscening/teaming with Telltale. For example Adultswim characters are open game, as are Universal Studios characters (due to JP game and use of Ash as previous character).
#3 one suggestion should be from a Valve game (since been so in 1st 2)
That would prevent the discusion from getting out of control as last one with so many non thought out posts.

Realistically, 2 characters that would definitely return are Sam & Max (Since their license runs out in ~2017 due to non-use, it's likely they'd try to use Sam & Max in one of their games again so they can keep the option of making another Sam & Max game open.)
