Don't neglect Charisma if you want some additional conversation options. Unless you want to go Mele in which case those skills can help in that area too. (Not tried myself).
If you won't be using magic (either at all or a lot) you'll have option to upgrade cyberware which can buff your stats too. I got some Quickness from that. I mention magic because Cyberware nulifies your abilities to use magic as much.
I have to say, this is one of the least intimidating RPG systems I've come across yet still retains a hell of a lot of interesting progression paths. If you're focusing on a playstyle it's hard to go wrong.
I was a tad intimidated by having so many fire arm choices to specialize in (pistols, rifles, smg, shotguns). Didn't know which one to focus on, and I know it's usually a bad idea in RPG to try to get a character to be able to do/use everything equally well.
