Project cars has always had triple screen support, it even says on the store page it supports 12k resolutions.

it runs on multimonitors yes, like every other game via the nvidia surround options. but ingame you dont have any options to change things. in assetto corsa, lfs, iracing & rfactor you can do this, they support this.

What kind of changes do you mean?

fov was changeable on the fly but since the last up date fov is capped at 120 and 90 :S

Fear not, more extensive support for multi-monitor setups on the PC will indeed be coming.

That's great to hear Rob, because for the last 3 years I haven't even been able to test this game with the UI crashing every 8 seconds in Surround, or failing to allow the game to start on some updates, or crashing constantly for absolutely no reason at all. Over 50 crashes this morning in 2 hours when I decided to do my yearly PCARS "status check" -- not a good look for a game due out in a few months.

All this with an enthusiast setup that works perfectly in rfactor, rfactor 2, and AC. :-|
