Necromancer buged?

1) Can someone confirm whether the Hewed Flesh skill is bugged or not? even in the fight with the boss, sometimes barely, bodies are created, and I have the aspect of the attack speed of minions on top of that and i using skeletons as reaper with 15% chance to create bodies
2) Aspect of Reanimation - i think, its not working too

I've noticed this too, I thikn it was either nerfed, or it was corrected from prior season. I remember my guys littering the floor with corpse, now im lucky to see 2-3 a whole boss fight. I worked around it by dropping points into the skill that lets my own damage spawn corpses

sometimes I stand and wait for almost 10 seconds or more, with the minions' attack speed so high for a few corps to appear,
This is very frustrating, especially since this is not some kind of necromancer op build, there is no need to nerf it like that -_-
