Game already running?

Anyone else unable to start the game up or verify local files because you constantly get the message that the game is already running when it clearly isn't?

There is a malfuntion added with the new small update, it gets stuck at closing, to actualy shut down the game call the task manager and finish the process manually.

restarting steam solved that problem for me

Have the same problem.
Waiting a few minutes doesn't help, after 2 hours it's still "running".
Therefore I'm using TM to close the game completely.

A bit annoying, hope they'll fix it, because it slows my computer down alot if I forget to close it with TM >_< It uses 35% of the CPU when not closed correctly >_>'
