Their weird raid bahavior can be fixed with little mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2051867964
I have a mod that varies DB equiptment and the races that spawn in theri squads, they get some Medpacks from that. I can't say or certain if the Bandits were medicating them or just looting them, but for all other factions the bug is definitly there. I mean, I've seen Holy nation patrols Aggro Black dragon ninjas as they bash down my gate for commiting a crime, only for them to immideatly patch them up once combat ceased and then wander off, leaving them to slowly regenerate and cause small issues later on.
Honestly it wouldn't bug me THAT much if they wouldnt also start bashing down my gate to medic the ones who glitched behind it and then got downed. It is definitly a vanilla issue, not caused by mods. Dont trust my word? start a new game, no mods, make an outpost in Okrans valley and wait for the first Black dragon attack.
I don't mind them rushing for my food, since I don't follow the weird trend of not building walls and defences (I enjoy base building too much) even if they go straight for the food they usually end up getting shot to bits by my turret guards. The issue I am talking about is that Other major factions many minor factions seem to see them assome form of allies, and will medic them once they are downed. but not help them in a fight.
