1. Open a command prompt by going to Start->Run or pressing WindowsKey+R and typing "cmd".
2. Copy in this command exactly as it is (you need to right-click and click "Paste" in the command prompt):
4. You can take this file to another computer. You will likely need to install the game and run it at least once on the computer you transfer it to; after you have done so, double click the ss2013.reg file and click "yes" to the message box that comes up.
This should allow you to transfer your game progress to another computer. Enjoy :)
My new computer is a linux machine. So I dont think the forth step will help. So, second question. Where is is saved in Linux? Maybe you know, maybe you don't. Anyway, thanks for the effort.
If it's stored in plain text, transferring your game progress should be a relatively simple matter of copying and pasting the relevant values from the .reg file into the appropriate places in the data file. For example, the reg file might have ""levelUnlocked_h3291890882"=dword:00000003", and the data file might have "levelUnlocked_h3291890882=0". It shouldn't be too hard to figure out what to do if that's the case. But that's a totally wild guess since I have no idea how it's stored on Linux. Anyway, good luck and tell me how it goes.
I still haven't investigated Linux though.
I couldn't find it in Linux, maybe somone else?
