Does this game make anyone else nauseous?
I'm finding that the weird visuals of this game make me feel queasy if I play it for a while. Does anybody else get that?

There were monents during gameplay when I felt dizzy, but more uneasy than anything else. Most of the time it was when you could hear and see static. But the amount of time I play for didnt seem to affect me.

Yes, and I wish it didn't cause I really like the game and want to finish it.

Yes, but I may have found a partial solution. My experience was that the mouse was incredibly sensitive, which made head movement inordiantely fast, disorientingly fast. Things got a lot easier when I went into the settings and dropped the mouse sensitivity to about a half of what it was.

There were a few times where I was getting a bit woozy, but I took a bit of a break and I was fine for the rest of it :kairo:

I played it for 9 hours in the space of two days and didn't feel anything. I've played a lot of LSD, though, so I may just be used to this kind of thing. It might also be because of my anal pickiness over mouse sensitivity, which provoked me to set it much lower as soon as I started the game.

Try increasing the FOV... This can help in any first-person game.

The thing I find off-putting about the visuals, though, although I'm unsure if it contributes to the problem, is that some surfaces have a kind of "muddy" texture displayed over them, which doesn't move in the normal way.

I felt really nauseous.

I almost gave up of playing it, but I am stubborn.

I never felt this in any game, don't have motion sickness...

I'll never gonna play it again...

The mouse sensitivity is super high by default which made me sick, as I'm very sensitive to that. But I turned it low and raised the Field of View, which I've heard helps as well, and was okay after that.

its not the mouse sensetivity. Its an genius dev trying to make moving realistic, and failing hard by smoothening the CONTROLS.

20 minutes playing, too nauseous to continue :(

Me too! 10 minutes and I have to quit!

I had a similar reaction. What fixed it for me was turning off the grain setting. I turned down the mouse sensitivity a bit, but getting rid of the grain made it playable!

Me too, felt nauseous after about twenty minutes

I found it a little weird at first. But after disabling film grain, motion blur and turning the mouse sensitivity way down it's a lot more pleasant on the eyes
I've never felt nauseous while playing this game, but when I get vertigo I tend to treat it like a free roller coaster ride. So much fun!:steamhappy: I'm curious about how a VR experience of this game would be
