@Samurai190: I don't quite understand what I have to use. 30 Steps seems to be recommended, but there are so many variants...
I've tried different ones (yeah, it's confusing) and settled on this one: TLR - Rescale Mod - Vanilla Base Level Static + 106,4% Movement Speed.
Read through this thread to hear people's recommendations, though. I'm still on my first playthrough and maybe 2/3rds through the game.
And the version I'm using is "Vanilla Base Level Static (5/10)" in the readme. For my whole take on the matter last year, see the quote below.
edit: Fixed the quote's username link and removed the redundant "quote below" link.
Does anyone happen to know how the re-released version on consoles was handled? Were there any changed to this aspect?
tl;dr: Vanilla Base Level Static (3/10) felt way~ too easy.
This is all very confusing for me, well, I will point out my view here.
I am starting with the game, it is my first time playing the game, and I would like to install the Vanilla static, which is the closest version to the vanilla. But there are so many vanilla versions, I don't know if I should install only 1 of them or if I should install of of the vanilla static.
Can I install the mod after starting a save, or should I make a new game entirelly?
You would only install the one you want to use during any given play session. I don't recall if switching them out or using the mod on an old save causes problems.
