Is there actually any point to play Duviri?

Like: what exactly can I get there and unlock that I can then use outside of Duviri? Can I use the mount on every other content island or just Duviri? Is there anything worthwhile to farm for other than blades for the operator/drifter? I'm mastery level 28 and already finished basically everything and anything one can do in this game, including playing through the Duviri story through once.

Duviri is weird for me due to the fact you're no really playing warframe in it. I get that DE is trying to make new content that won't be breezed through by vets with broken mods, but this is too far detached from the main game to make any sense.

Once you get your intrincics up you can summon a warframe in Duviri not just the undercroft, and the decree's make it super easy. It's a different kind of game mode, just like Kahl missions. If you don't like Duviri I suggest not playing Duviri, nobody is making you play that mode.

Yes, sadly that is the case but he is really easy to get. The hardest frame to get is Protea imo since you have to do Granum Voids the kill 75 enemies Granum Void. I don't remember the actual version of the Granum Void that drops her parts but it's exhausting to get her. Kullvero on the other hand it pretty easy and you can get him pretty fast too if you do like 10 runs or so on Steel Path in Duviri. Cinta also drops from Duviri and those Duviri weapons are also useful. About 90% of all the updates have a warframe/weapon that you can get from doing the activities that they came with. Duviri isn't for everyone I know but if you want anything from Duviri either farm it or pay plat it's really up to you.

Duviri isn't terrible, so I'll probably just go in for the frame and maybe a few weapons and dip. My only issues are that it's just not warframe, and it makes little sense in the continuity. There's probably a good explanation as to what the hell is going on if you dig into some logs, but otherwise it's just confusing.

That's generally my issue with most updates.
They made a pretty fun core game, and they try to do literally everything they can to prevent you from playing it.

"Hey do you wanna play soulframe for awhile instead?"
No, I want to play warframe.
"Why don't we go fishing? :D"
... But I want to play warframe.
"I know- how about we go pick up plants off the ground for 7 hours so you can make Kullervo?"
... Can I get him from the circuit instead?
"None of that is speaking to ya? Well why don't you wander around and look for a pile of animal dung so you can play a flute and then shoot it with a tranq dart."

Don't get me wrong, some of the side modes are fun. But they're practically bombarding us with them.

LOL I had the same thought. Honestly if this is what soulframe is gonna be like I dont mind it as Duviri has been fun. It just doesnt feel like it fits in the warframe verse tho.

Tbf though Duviri and the drifter aren't the Tenno.. They are a different timeline of tenno that didn't accept The Lidless Eye's help. In the rest of the game the Tenno accepted The Lidless Eyes help. Duviri is essentially an escape from the horrors of the Zerimen Ten Zero Incident that the Drifter created.

I started playing duviri more and you can get arcanes in it. Somewhat of a good alternative to fighting eidolons cause fighting those mf's makes my pc heat up. So theres that if you care about arcanes that is.

The arcanes from Duviri are pretty solid but Arcane Energize which is by far the best arcane in the game drops from Eidolons.

No doubt. Even after it got nerfed energize is the best. If they fixed orphix that could be a great alternative to farming energize as well but its impossible to do a full C rotation in orphix cause those things take over so fast. You could solo the eidolons but soloing orphix near impossible.

No doubt. Even after it got nerfed energize is the best. If they fixed orphix that could be a great alternative to farming energize as well but its impossible to do a full C rotation in orphix cause those things take over so fast. You could solo the eidolons but soloing orphix near impossible.

i think the community feedback killed events like Scarlet Spear or Dog Days. Much like the Feedback for Duviri there was extreme Negativity. It is weird that such things dont return anymore. I loved those events, i still have the Scarlet Spear Murex Emblem on Nova' Atomica.

Grendel also had a Dog Days Ephemera, but they ripped it out of my inventory. Worst Developer ever: That Ephemera should come with Grendel, when you build him!

I am still hoping the Zariman Ten Zero has one Scarlet and one Dog Days Mission. There was a Ball for the Pets in Dog Days too. They play with it when you place it on your ship. DE has no clue what they did to some people by removing all this from the game!

Are you talking about the beach ball? That's still in the game. We are still getting Dog Days, and it should be soon since it's still summer. Could also be being held off because of tennocon though.
