So instead of one of them Vigilante Armaments is a great option.
Second option either Heavy Caliber or Primed Fast Hands, if you run Chroma you will likely take down a part in less than one magazine so Heavy Caliber may help, if not then 2 second reload is really bad on Rubico Prime as it loses combo quite fast.
I run same build, minus double stat mods, added Vigilante Armaments and Primed Fast Hands as I usually run Trinity in Tridolons so unless I am using my VS charges to do damage I do need more than one mag for everything past Teralyst.
But I am planning on one day managing to kill at least one eidolon. Anyways, I will take your advice and try to replace the status mods with Vigilante Armaments and Fast hands (I don't have enough capacity for Heavy Caliber now, I think...)
For general use I would actually suggest you try Viral. I use that on most heavy hitting weapons because you are all about ONE shot. And if target is so heavy you need more than one shot VIral is likely to help you with that more than other elements.
Radiation IS a good elemental too, but with current number of forma you can try and switch.
But again, with heavy hitters status does not matter as much as it does with fast firing weapons.
I have a Rubico Prime build for generic use, Sniper sorties and like that is the only place where i use it, Exploiter Orb... That is it.
There I went for classic Serration, Split Chamber, Point Strike, Vital Sense. Then a (Primed) Cryo Rounds, Toxin (whatever the name, Infected Clip?), Vigilante Armaments and Primed Fast Hands.
Reason Rubico is good for generic use is because it has most accurate hip fire. Two seconds reload for 6 shots is pretty long imo, some people may manage it, I hate it.
You can use one double stat mod instead of any cold or toxin mods, it will likely help, I just went for that alpha damage.
Majority of the combat in Warframe takes place on less than 30m so snipers are kinda.... pointless for the most part imo
and fire rate/vigilante armaments instead of the 2 element mods
Hunter Munitions works better when you have a rapid firing weapon and stacking slash ticks with bullet dps is great. Wasting a slot so 1 out of 300 enemies you meet may tick once before you finish them off with a second shot does really sound like a waste of a slot....
I only said it is hard to justify using it for how rare you may benefit from it
