Well, DE says that noobs get help from ´´ officials´´ ´´lotus helpers´´ or so but where are they? I invest 10% of my playtime for helping noobs via Taxi, support for questions or help for farming stuff, so why do I this? Cause i love it , cause I love to play Warframe, doesnt matter but how can I get an ´´official´´ helper another priblem is I habe another mail adress so if DE get an insane idea to change something in mail communitsy my account is done, ... määhhh

Well im not searching Instructions, the only contact I get with Officials is if i fail the chat and write into handle chat my squad recrution, but well I try it :D

I'm not exactly sure what your problem is, if it's account related though, you need to contact Support, not the Guides of the Lotus. Guides of the Lotus are just community members and cannot actually help with any account-related problems. I only say this because you mentioned something about your email, but I can't really understand what you're trying to say.

Maybe you should try asking in your native language, because no offense it's hard to understand your English.
