Virtuos Strike or Virtuos Fury?
Which AMP arcane will give better overall damage?

Depends on amp combination. But virtuos fury is better overall.

That means you're using T2 prism for the eidolon, so virtuos fury is definitely better.

Strike used to be meta back when Adarza Kavats could be used to buff Amps' crit chance up to high enough levels to consistently take advantage of the boosted crit damage; now that this is no longer the case, Fury is the more popular option, as the guaranteed Impact procs from the T2 Prism and Scaffold mean that the damage increase is active almost constantly.
