Spoil Where is Evelyn ?

Hello everyone,

I am stuck after i have go in her house, find the diary, and the reveal spell, i use it front off the big door near the beach and nothing happen, so i think i am not in the good place, i have trying to find the place on the beach where to use this spell, i have find nothing.

Any tips ?

There is a more secluded beach where you can find Evelyn's lair. If you have read her diary, once you get close your characters will comment on this looking like the place described (floating text). You need to head north of the city...
through a tunnel, where to have to fight a malfunctioning construction Arhu made.

If you got the quest from the mayor about the missing staff, Evelyn's lair is past where you find it.

Ah ok yes i know other beach but i was thinking that was the big door. I am in a new party with a warrior and a ranger, and i realy feel like i am underpowered. When i was playing i mage i was killing everyone. Will be hard but i will try. Thanks.

Where do you find the spell to uncover the entrance?

AFAIK...you get a giant golden icon on the map after you read her diary.

I don't get an icon. I don't get anything. I completed The Councillor's Wife and found Evelyn's diary AND the Reveal scroll. I read the scroll at the location (already killed Dieter and got the Staff) and nothing. Am I looking for a button/switch? Hidden door? The effect of the scroll doesn't last long and I've checked and re-checked (via quick save/load) this area a bajillion times.

Sure you are not confused it with the Four Statues dungeon entrance? The entrance to Evelyn Lair is to the south from Dietmar, while the Four statues is to the north and it does have an entrance as well.

Yeah. I saved shortly after my party members said something like "This looks like the area described in Evelyn's diary." Just across the river from Dietmar underneath a stone arch near a spot with two standing torches.
