I agree with harukage, sure it's open world but it is nothing like skyrim. But in a good way. There is more than one way to do an rpg.

you have the freedom of choice in a classless system and Yes, its open world, but its not a real time first person RPG like skyrim. Its an isometric turn-based game.

This game is nothing like those watered-down hack 'n slash LARPing simulators know as Elder Scrolls games. This is a cRPG.

If by that you mean an open-world RPG where the objective of most quests is to follow a magic arrow and all the dungeons feels like you're exploring a train, than no, it's not like Skyrim.
