Where can I get these skills to wield Tenebrium gear?

Found the answer. You need the "How to handle tenebrium" book. Use it on the character of your choise and he/she/it can now use tenebrium stuff with the right amount of stat points allocated into the "tenebrium" slot.

i found an amulet +1 to tenebrium equiped it and it let me use a sword

I killed the Troll King and all of the other trolls except for the first smaller one that talks to you at the entrance and I still have no Tenebrium Option. Did I screw up? I did not have the quest when I did this? Will this break the quest chain?

there are tenebrium veins in the northern part of the cave, mine some and go back to brandon in silverglen with the ores

same problem here. Didnt have quest when i killed him i also tried loading b4 i killed him and culdnt get the quest

brandon gives you the book when you give him the sack of Teni-stuff- in the troll king cave theres a pick at the back, with ore to mine- make sure you got the sack to put it in or prepare for a DOT!

in silverglen theres a character next to the inn which asks you to help him with his retirement plan. Finish the quest and get tenebrium handling for all your characters

Cheap way to finish quest: In the cave with all the death knights, some of the ore veins have tenebrium. So just mine 1 tenebrium and you can finish the quest.
