Unable to use action menus

Unable to use action menus , unable to build rooms or use spells

Hi lifesaving,
you are likely just playing one of the first campaign levels and the narrator wants you to unlock a specific aspect from the veins of evil at the top or to apply any aspect you unlocked already from the main panel on the bottom.
Until you did what the narrator said, other UI elements are blocked (to direct the player).

Which aspect you need to use to get off this early campaign handholding you normally see in the objectives on the upper right and the aspect you need to click does flash bright on the UI.
