MyPet Dungeon - all progress lost after game restart?
" or 3 days before i playe MyPetDungeon (again), and played the first 2 levels.

Now all progress is lost - any idea, why?

Cloud is in steam activated
No, only one account
Savefiles are on a different location and drive but works fine, there is only WFTP_Progress and WFTO_Tutorial in that directory.

As i said, i played, then turned off PC, wanted to play next day again - all progress there, ecxcept the "MyPetDungeon"...
(Achievments still there but no progress)

Do you mean the "home realm" on the vanilla campaign? (IIRC, this is called "my pet dungeon" too) You lose it when you reset the vanilla campaign progress.

Otherwise if you mean the my pet dungeon dlc / individual maps, then my thought is that your save files are set to read-only or wrong owner/privilege access or something, thus preventing anything written to them from saving.

I click on "Singleplayer", then not on the left campaign, i press in middle upper "Mein Hobby Dungeon" where Deepwater is the first map.
Everytime i shutdown my computer (normally qwhen i sleep etc), the next start all progress is lost!

This sounds quite peculiar. If I'm understanding you correctly when you complete a map in My Pet Dungeon and then quit and turn off your computer this map is no longer completed in the My Pet Dungeon menu?

It sounds to me like your save files aren't being created or persisting at all as if something on the OS level is removing them or not allowing them to be fully written.

What I would suggest as a first step is to open a bug ticket on our support page and include all the details requested here[support.brightrockgames.com].

In particular I'd very much like to see an output log which tracks your journey through this. I.e. Playing MPD, Completing Level, Exiting to menu, Quitting Game. This might indicate to us any chance of a failure to save.

Can you also drop some screenshots in for us showing the before and after of this problem.

When i finish other Maps (Undergames for excample) my progress is saved.

I will play again and mage a log for you in the ticket ;)

By the way - where is that "logfile"?
