How to sell the starting rice fields on Hutan Pantai?

Hi,

I am on Hutan Pantai, on a multiplayer server. I bought field 30 and 31 which both have rice fields on them be default.

I decided I do not want to keep these fields so I am trying to sell them, however it stops me from doing so because there are still 'placeables' on the land. The only placeables are the rice fields themselves, however I do not find any option to remove them.

Does anyone know how to?

Hit V on construction to enter demolish and then click the field, sell after that.
