How do I disable Steam Controls: Shift+Tab?

I use Shift+Tab a lot to toggle between grouped units (reverse). Now it opens a steam menu. How do I disable this?

Open the main window of Steam (outside of a game) and click on "Steam" in the top left corner of the screen. Go to "Settings" and then "IN-GAME". Untick "Enable Steam Community In-Game".

Alternatively, you can enter new shortcut keys for the overlay.

Shift tab is a stupid shortcut while trying to login to things.

How do I delete the key entirely? I dont want ANY key bound to this. I want it to not work at all ever. (unless i enable it) Because using a controller to play a kb game without any controller support means that the buttons on my controller are emulating keyboard buttons so I accidentally open the overlay (even tho its disabled) through normal gameplay.
IMO the keyboard shortcut should already be disabled if you disabled the overlay it should actually be disabled completely.
