Unlocking the "Impossible" achievement!
I got it by walking near the end of the first level of TSE with 1 HP on normal difficulty. Hopes this helps.

More info:
You must have 1 hp, when you get flamthrower. Open door, kill a scorpion *ta-dam* you get IMPOSSIBLE achievement :)

as if it isn't hard enough getting TO 1 hp without dying now we have to actually do other things as well but thanks for letting me know. so what you're saying is get down to 1 hp then pick up the flamethrower and kill the scorpion? And if so can you do it in multiplayer so you have less risk of actually dying?

Based on our experience it looks like that we need to survive a fight with 1 HP to unlock the achievement.

ok. Thanks. I'm being a bit of an achievement hunter with this game. already have 21 so I think I'm doing pretty well. Just got developer rage.

I also just realised that Developer Rage was also my 199th achievement so yay for me. Makes shooting a dev's face all the more enjoyable XD

So I had 1 HP and killed the scorpion, but it didn't immediately pop for me. I had to play a little further (kill the remaining enemies in that room, jump down into the next room and kill the 2 kamikaze) to get it.

As far as I know it's allowed for every single achievement

It seems that the achievement unlocks when you've made a certain amount of progress in a level with 1 HP.

What I did was loading Sierra de Chiapas, and using the secret Rocketlauncher and the first Gnaar to get my HP down, quickloading when I messed up. Then I fought my way ahead further and got the achievement after blowing up the last of the first Kamikaze wave you encounter.

No way. I have 1 hp, got flamthrower, killed scorpion, killed all small enemies, killed pumpkin head, after jump down to next room and kamikaze killed me. After I loaded last save, game started and achievement unlocked:spazdunno:
