Serious Sam Classics: Revolution

"FontGenRev.exe" is broken?
*THIS IS WHAT I TRIED TO DO*
For example, I want to extend/change the Boink font (Boink.fnt / Boink.tex).

All new files are placed here: "...\Serious Sam Revolution\Bin"
Tools here:
"...\Serious Sam Revolution\Bin\FontGenRev.exe"
"...\Serious Sam Revolution\Bin\SeriousModeler.exe"

1) Open "FontGenRev.exe" (Font Generator).
Changed the character set (font with extended + other char set). Setup your font.
(DONT'T CLOSE the tool)
<*the new font MUST HAVE an appropriate name (Title2, Boink, Console1, etc.)*>

2) After click on button "Save" (don't worry about errors) -> click button "Continue"...
3) You will find a Boink.png in the Bin directory.
4) Convert Boink.PNG to Boink.TGA (online converter).
5) Make texture from that Boink.TGA in "SeriousModeler.exe"
(File -> create texture -> normal texture). Make sure size is below or equal to 1024x1024.
6) Copy your char set (char set "FontGenRev.exe") into Boink.txt and put it where is texture (Boink.tex).
7) Then click on button "Make Font" and specify the location of the texture (Boink.tex). Ignore error and press continue.

Then you should get a "Boink.fnt" file in the same directory.
However, I did not succeed. I can't find the new Boink.fnt file.

Interestingly, the "TextureInfo" tool normally opens a new texture Boink.tex (was created from the Boink.tga file)
