" Serious Sam Classics: Revolution, along with newly developed content by Alligator Pit, includes all levels from both The First Encounter and The Second Encounter, and is powered by an updated Serious Engine 1 featuring all-new advanced graphics shader support, full 64-bit compatibility, full Steamworks integration, and lots of bug fixes for a superior game experience. Serious Sam Classics: Revolution is a standalone product and it is completely free to Steam users who already own both original Serious Sam Classic games on Steam (Serious Sam Classic: The First Encounter and Serious Sam Classic: The Second Encounter).

Visual issues have been corrected as well. The weapon field of vision bug has been fixed, meaning that weapons will no longer be closer to the camera than they were meant to be in widescreen resolutions. The FOV issue with the RAPTOR Sniper Rifle is gone, which means the game will no longer revert to the default FOV when the sniper rifle is taken out. For versus mode, the game now uses a proper scoreboard to show kills, points and deaths instead of making the player look at NETRICSA if they wanted to get detailed information about the match. "

" The plot in Serious Sam Classics: Revolution is exactly the same as it is in the original Serious Sam 1.

The Bright Island campaign exclusive to Serious Sam Classics: Revolution takes place after the Mayan but before the Persian episodes of Serious Sam: The Second Encounter. "

in short, no, it only contains the first two games with slight gameplay and performance updates but not a full remastering. The third campaign is really mediocre imo. Happy fragging.
