Can't get advanced In game objectives (dungeon master)

I've "beaten" the game in that I enhanced every piece of equipment and got the score to set me free. But there are at least 3 objectives I wasn't able to solve and I don't know what exactly I am supposed to do. Maybe somebody can explain. The three ones I don't have currently are:

"Efficient II: Kill an armoured enemy with only orbs + staves"
"Penetration Blow: Kill an armoured Monster within 5 seconds"
"Poisoner: Kill a monster with poison damage"

Is there some special move I have to do for them? I killed them with staves and orbs numerous times but maybe I'm just doing something wrong...

You have to unlock Hero before you can escape: (need dungeon master objective). About theese objectives you can't complete:
- Poisoner it's just about poisoning an enemy, and leave the enemy die by itself (dn't do the killing blow)
- About eficient and penetration: stock some attack items and use them all on the first armored enemy you find (purple guys with a shield). Spears are not very efective against them, better use orbs
