You could also google for user's guide and tutorials in your language.

It's true that we haven't translated YNAB yet. (One of the reasons is that we aren't prepared to offer the same level of support that we do in other languages yet. ) What language are you looking for specifically? Someone just wrote a German cheat-sheet for YNAB. :)

Valve has a "translation server" open to any developer (I believe), which makes use of volunteer translators to make the hard work for you guys. If you don't have any resources to translate your software, this might be a nice (and quick) solution.
