Missing VFX on Portable Freezers and Heaters After Player Death (New)

In Outbreak (Portable Freezers) and Freezer Duty/Hotfix (Portable Heaters), VFX may disappear if a player dies while carrying them. Status effects still apply.

Getting GPU Crash when trying to launch
Specs:
4090 on Driver version 576.66
9800X3D
crashes as soon as the intro video finishes

Disabled Discord and Steam overlay
no change
cannot see any crash log files being created

Reverting back to 576.52 to see if that works
Confirmed rolling back to 576.52 worked
there must be a bug with 576.66
confirmed with another player the problem with 576.66 is HDR, as soon as you select HDR in game the game will get stuck in crash loop

Those are the Highest Options available.
If I attempt to put the game Fullscreen, either in options or Alt+Enter, the game instantly crashes.

Can’t even get to the menu screen on PS5. Splash screen, “x” to continue and then endlessly spinning triangle. Latest build, uninstalled, reinstalled and internet connection all OK.

I'm playing Fullscreen 1920x1080 just fine

Not even 11008 error, which you know exist from technical test. So what, I'm doing a refund, or you will try to do something? Or block the sales in affected regions, why you selling not working game then.

Same here on PC Game Pass, updated to latest Nvidia drivers and it still doesn’t work.

There's a bug where every few minutes, the entire screen gets filled by a solid light blue color for 2 seconds before fading away. It doesn't seem like it's tied to anything gameplay related.

Specs:
Ryzen 9 9950X3D
RTX 5090 on driver 576.52
64GB DDR5 RAM
Windows 11
Everything maxed with HDR on and raytracing off
Fullscreen with Vsync off
Gsync on with VRR monitor at 480hz at 1440p
In-game framerate capped at 480fps

Dont know if this is a bug or not but the wrench is unable to deal damage or get rid of sticky notes, it is able to stun enemy's and repair circuit breakers, sorry if this isn't a bug.
