Item Pickup
Greetings, is there anyone who could help me with something, im trying to make an top down shooter test and im currently trying to make my player sprite changing after i pick up an item. it looks like now atm. :
"player" on collision with "item" -> "player" set animation frame to "2"

but for some reason it change it directly at start, even if i use the trigger " stop animation" it still changes even without picking the item up. Couldnt find something here or on youtube that could help me with that problem :/

Hello, Sassix!

I'm not a native english speaker so my grammar won't be that good, but I'll try to help you.

If you want to make the item picked disappear, you have two options: 1) destroy the object; 2) hide the object (visibility).
Concerning the animation change. Set the animation speed to 0, if you haven't already. Also, if you have changed the default animation name, you should tell Construct what animation are you pointing at. Because if you have several different animations for one sprite Construct doesn't know wich one to change.

If still no go, maybe try the forums :)
