Edit:While I don't speak French by this point with games its almost expecte that there be voice acting of some sort. Just like Reccatear which has Japanese Audio with English subs the language helps with the immersion.

I also think there are many people who care much about immersion and would rather listen to the local gibberish be it Zulu or german, provided it is supported with subtitles in their localized language.
Saying ¨all games should be in english¨ doesn't provide any argument, it's simple closed-mindedness.
