For me it was a great game, definitely worth buying and then some (bought and played in beta).Wonder if at release there are some difficulty changes, then i would replay it for a thrid time:)

I might describe it as similar to Orcs Must Die, but with more emphasis on strategy. I certainly don't regret my purchase.

thats a shame, i hate strategy games. i dont know why, they just irk me

I'm not always wild about many strategy games either, but I didn't find this type frustrating. You have a planning phase, in which you can take as long as you like to lay traps (note that the game tells you where each wave will come from, and when) and then you enter the real time battle phase, wherein you have to manually execute some of the traps or just straight up fight some of the monsters yourself.

It's quite unique. Even though I likened it a bit to Orcs Must Die, its still really nothing like that, nor any other game I've played. Some areas could use a little polish, but overall its something I'm glad I picked up.

how deep is it in the RPG fetures though? Many upgrades, skilling and weapons or items?

Can the game actually be enjoyed by folks that dont equate hair tearing difficulty with fun? I've seen a few Youtube people doing impressions and they were all struggling.
