Lag On The First Level.

I've got a Decent Rig,Most Setting's Max 1336x768 I Get Around 15-21 FPS On The First Level,But On other's i get 32-52 FPS
What is the problem on this one and is there a fix?

Alot of people see this same issue, clears up after the first level.
To increase performance in general, turn off "super sampling"

The first level sets up in Saint-Pierre Map, where there is a lot of fog and mist.
I don'T have this lag issue anywhere else except in the first mission. I figured because of the fog and the mist always in the map, it demands a lot on your graphic card and your CPU.
