Black screen at launch on Linux

So I get a black screen when I try to launch the game on Linux. I have a temporary fix, but i need to do it everytime I want to play the game:

- Delete the ~/.ironcladtactics/log directory (it's in your home)

I have another bug though, if anyone knows how to solve it I'd appreciate the tips! When I want to quit the game, and when I click on exit, the game becomes unresponsive, the animations on the left (characters, grass, etc) stop, but the music keeps going on. I can't click on anything. I have to kill the process.

System:
Linux (Lubuntu 13.04, 64 bit)
NVidia GTX 770 (drivers 325.15)
Intel i5 4670

FWIW, I'm also using Lubuntu 64bit 13.04, with an integrated graphics card (intel hd 4000).

No issues here.

First point of call would be checking the Nvidia drivers I guess?

Hello. I'm using the 325.15 nvidia drivers, which I believe are the latest ones. I would not want to roll back to an earlier version, as I have other reasons for using those. So I definitely hope that this is not the issue.

Hello. Well since the game doesn't crash but just gives a black screen, we don't get the crash report unfortuntately. I will send you an email with every detail I can.

UPDATE:
So after I tried a few things, I figured that deleting the whole ~/.ironcladtactics directory is not necessary, it is enough to delete ~/.ironcladtactics/log alone to be able to launch the game without the black screen.

Ubuntu13.04x64 + Nvidia 550 Ti + 313.30 drivers are fine here (just for your info).

This doesn't work for me, so I guess we actually have a different issue, although with the same effects.

Then try deleting everything in ~/.ironcladtactics except profile. It seems to work a bit bitter (deleting just config.txt works sometimes, deleting more works usually... or at least it seems so.)

Well, as I said in a earlier post, what works for me is deleting ~/.ironcladtactics/log. It's the only thing that works, deleting anything but this doesn't work.

Okay, I'll email you config.txt and the logs when I finish my current play session.

Also, the game crashes when I'm trying to exit out of it. Not a big deal obviously, but annoying.

I am also having this problem on linux with opensuse and xfce. I played the game on windows fine but now I've moved to linux it black screen on starup and the exit button doesn't work. Deleting a file called /home/me/.ironcladtactics/log/635185736575165660.log makes it work. Thus file is 124 bytes and when opened just says 'Y'.

Despite this, I love the game and keep up the great work! :)

Same issue here, not a black screen though just no response really, can't see mouse or anything. Deleting logs fixes it.
