If you have at least 50 respect, then you are chosen as the leader of the monsters, and you lead your monsters into battle with the humans. Here you have another choice: Use strategy or surrender. Using strategy requires a cleverness stat roll which is why I suggested that having a high cleverness stat is probably a good idea.
If you pass this stat roll, then you have one last decision to make: Kill all the humans or let some live. (Letting some humans live gives you the Endless War ending.)
Kill all the humans for the All Humans Dead ending, and the achievement.
