Banned for double log on. Please Read.

While venturing through Clear view I was one hit by a zombie. Now to add to my surprise while waiting for my other character to come of the 60 minute cool down I experienced a game crash and a pop up window saying "double log on". So now here we are, I can't play the game I spent money on and the best part is, I HAVE NEVER HACKED OR EXPLOITED THE GAME! I ask very politely that my whole account is un banned and I can go back to playing and killing Bambis.

Thank you for your time, and I trust The Warz support team will see this through and undo this unjust act.

No one from the company will see a post in this forum. They can't moderate like nazis here so they don't come here anymore except to post occasional stickies that involve them getting more money.

I can't say you'll get much luck, but go to the support page on the main website or even post on those forums. (though they'll then tell you to go to the support page)

i went to the support page. For a game that is doing as poorly as it is, their support is dreadfull.

I have yet to know someone (know them myself) that has gotton banned for not hacking. back when they 1st started banning people they put some guns in the game that only hackers could get and if you killed that hacker and took said gun you would also be banned as the gun was tracked as only hackers could get it. that is why there mass ban had so meny non hackers banned. not banning non hackers for nothing at all. (they removed that now) i myself do not think people are being banned without hacking so try and get unbanned but as you have a vac ban i can safely say good by hacker hope to not see you in game

It said double Log on. Yes I may have been vac banned previously but that does not mean I have done anything here to deserve this. Sir.

Hammerpoint said that there have been many "accidental" bans by punkbuster and/or FairFight. They also said that they're unbanning those people periodically.

Which is unknown to me when.
