i have been searching everywhere for this gun... has anyone found one recently? if so where? its doing my nut in, thanks

I found once the blazer at the barth farm, but I think the sniper spawns are random because i've never found it there again

A blaser is civilian weapon, which means it can spawn in most smaller cities and all ranches/farms. I found mine at Tyler Ranch.
