At least most of the hackers don't attack players. If they want to hack, but not kill me, it doesn't bother me nearly as much as the hackers in other games.

Well... people have stated it is a fact that 74% of players are cheating... and I rarely get killed/attacked by other players I encounter. I haven't kept an exact record of each interaction, but it is nowhere near 74%.

Watching a friend of mine who uses esp is hilarious.
id say about 75-80% of people he comes across are also using ESP.
You can tell when people start playing games os phsychic ring around the rosie around city blocks to avoid him.
He goes clockwise- other guy goes clockwise., he goes counter clockwise- other guy immediate goes counter clockwise. He goes through the middle- other guy does a 180 and runs for the hills!

maybe 1/5 of the hackers are "hostile" in any way. some will noticeably only go after other w/o hacks and run from people they think have hacks. but most just use hacks to make looting 100x easier.

Aimbots are fairly common, id say 15-20% of hackers have aimbots with nospread/instant hit. typically they are mostly the ones that kill on sight anyway.
Its actually entertaining to watch, neat little social experiment.

Most kill on sight people are hackers, im sure.

And dont say that less populated servers dont have hackers. probably EVERY server has at least one. its usually just the more populated servers have the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that ragehack.

I mean, that is basically my point. As someone who plays without hacks.. the hacks don't negatively impact my personal experience as bad as they could given the degree of use of the hacks.

Hacking is a rampant problem, but despite this.. there are things I'd like addressed sooner than the hacking.. like more features (specifically VOIP).

I don't expect to get that before Day Z standalone comes out though and once Day Z standalone DOES come out I fully expect to jump ship.

Its funny seeing you slowly more and more talk down about WarZ... at first you werent "fanboy" material, but you never outright "downed" it... but now... lol

Anywho- yes. most people just use hacks as an "easy mode", but if you do get into a fight- either started by you or not- you are at a serious disadvantage. and honestly in most cases a non hackers wont really know the difference unless the guy is trying to shoot through walls.
