Yes, chances are it could just be a library track, most companies use them for small pieces of pre recorded music without needing to record/sample or create their own stuff, AKA soundtrack pro comes with a large library already and lots of websites offer them for charges.
BUT, this is HAMMERPOINT, this stuff costs money, so chance are it is probably stolen. It would not surprise me if they are running on on cracked Win 7 machine made with stolen parts using software supplied by well known torrent sites etc.
