to see how things have come along. So, to recap and save others the pain:

Hacking: Blatant, and rampant. aimbot, noclip, superjump, nospread, norecoil, the whole works: absolutely EVERYWHERE. And I do mean blatant, seriously all over and not surreptitious one little bit. Forums: Every. Single. Thread. on the front page of game discussions locked. Seems to be by a single mod, who has said in one thread it is his job to silence all negative opinions. Seems to be going well for him... Seems to be the opposite of what was stated in the recent open letter from the lead Dev. Threads asking about the locks? Locked.

Gameplay: Same, except for hacking, see above. No new content, so: still no content, just a sub-par low graphics deathmatch shooter here.

Company: An open letter from the lead dev detailing how he is sorry, takes responsibility, and things will get better is just the perfect brown frosting on this cake of utter ♥♥♥♥. We will communicate better! We will this that and the other thing! Point by point, every single thing he says is completely the opposite of what is observable in the game, and on the forum.

1/10. Would not play again. I haven't had much of a positive nature to say about this title, and even so, with low expectations, I am Completely blown away by the immense lack of professionalism shown in the forums, in the game, and in the response to (seriously, you think you've seen hacking? No. This sets a whole new standard.) a really bad hacking problem.

Yeah, holy crap it is god awful. What a train wreck abortion of an abomination. Seriously, for anyone who thinks they've seen bad forum admin, go see the official war z forums. A whole new case study in how not to interact with customers. It's like the wreck by the side of the highway. It Isn't blocking traffic, or really affecting you at all, but damn it's hard to not just look for a bit to see how bad the mangling is as you cruise by.
