if you bought it on steam, send in a ticket, asking for one?? be specific of the technical issues that your not able to connect?? doesn't hurt to ask for one, if they say no, then so be it.

if you bought it off their site, I heard their 3rd party billing system is a pain to deal with

You're about four months late. Valve DID give out refunds for this travesty due to false advertising, but that was in December. I'm sorry you bought this. :(

i bought this game too.....a week ago aprox, and , i installed, my problem, is, if i want to play, when i execute the game, it pass about 20 mins charging the first progress bar. when it's finished, i try to play and i look server list, click any server, and try to connect, and go to the picture with a progress bar, and end. that bar never finish, the only time about to finish it, the game crasehd down and kicked me from the server because i can't connect to it..

the game just sucks end of... in the 24hrs i've had the game ive created over 12 characters all killed by some prick with a rifle after less than 10 mins running through the woods trying to actually find a town, the few people i have grouped with have only used it as a way to hunt players out and kill them and i paid money for that.....

the game needs dedicated pve servers or atleast somekind of pvp block that means you cannot just kill random noobs like me. and the hour long respawn?!?! who thought that was a fun idea
