I can't change weapons

Every time I want to change weapons, the game doesn't let me, even with the assigned keys, reinstalling the game, etc. Also, when I verify the game's integrated files, Steam notifies me that 2 files are missing, it installs them, but when I verify again, they seem to still be missing. Do you have any solution to this problem? This has never happened to me before.

Does this happens on specific map? If so, please let us know which.
Apart from having no ability to switch weapons, are you able to see other HUD elements such as your health, armor, ammo status, flashlight and so on? Just something needed to be clarified because if you dont, then its likely you dont have HEV suit equipped and this causes the issue you are having.

I've been having this aswell, usually also combined with no ability to chat, hud works fine, even the menus to swap weapons, just the actual action of swapping doesn't work, flashlight (and nightvision macro/bind) also doesn't work
