(SOLVED) Missing textures in -sp_campaign_portal after fresh re-install

So, i've wanted to go back to Sven-Co op and i re-installed the game plain vanilla with no mods whatsoever.. but then i've noticed missing textures at the -sp_campaign_portal map, is there a way to fix it?

And also i wanna point out that this problem its also happening on more vanilla maps like the desertcircle

I figured it out myself, turns out, "r_wadtextures" was the problem, it was set to 1, thinking that it would be reading the necesary .wad files or something, but seems that the dumb thing was opposite, i've changed that to 0 and the problem is fixed.
