Sacred 2... Not even getting to menu...

Hey guys, got this yesterday, and whenever I open the game I get to a page describing something about windows service packs and stuff and then the game just closes and tells me it stops working, anyone help me?
Windows 7, 64bit x86 and ATI cards.

I would start by changing the compatibility mode to XP. You will have to install PhysX since you have an ATi card. Look through the link above, lots of information there.

Yeah, I have the retail but doing as he says fixes it and the game runs just fine.
